How long does each session last?

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes.

How often should I come to therapy?

  • Each client has different needs in terms of how often they come to therapy and for how long. Some come once or twice a week, some every other week or once a month. We can work together to determine what your own therapeutic process needs to look like!

How much do sessions cost?

  • In Office 50 minute session: $100

  • Virtual(video, telephone, or live chat) 50 minute session: $85

How do I know online sessions are private?

  • I conduct my online sessions through, which is HIPAA compliant so you can feel safe knowing your information is secure. I also ensure that these sessions are conducted in a place where your privacy is respected on my end. Through, you have the option to have a live video session, or a secure instant message conversation with me. I also offer telephone sessions. The format is up to you and what you like and feel most comfortable with!

What payment methods do you accept?

  • I accept cash, debit/credit card, check, or HSA card. I am also happy to provide a monthly Superbill of your services, which can be submitted to your health insurance. Each insurance is different and I can’t guarantee any outcome from submitting a Superbill. If you’re interested in this option, check with your insurance to see if they cover any portion of out of network mental health providers.

  • For online sessions, I do require that a debit/card be kept on file to ensure payment.

What’s your cancellation policy?

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. The fee for the session will be applied if 24 hours notice isn’t given, unless of course in the case of extreme weather, health issues or a family emergency.
